Transport
It is essential to provide a mobile phone number for the management of deliveries. The transport company will send you an SMS/Mail notification of delivery before making it. This message will contain the details of the office that manages the delivery in case you are not at home and you need to arrange another time or different delivery day. If the transport company comes to your home and you are not at home, they will leave a notice in your mailbox with the office details so that you can contact them and arrange a new delivery or they will contact you to arrange another delivery day.

In the event that SPAIN IS SPORT cannot meet this deadline due to lack of stock, our customer service will contact you within 1 to 3 working days, to inform you and proceed to the confirmation of the approximate date of service, change or cancellation of the order. If payment has been made, the amount will be refunded immediately in the same way in which it was made, in the event that none of the alternatives offered or the date of service provided does not satisfy the customer.
Residents of the European Union
The prices of the product that are for sale on the Website include Value Added Tax (VAT). If you are a company entitled to exclusion of VAT, you must provide us with your VAT number and relevant certificate.
Residents in non-EU countries
Purchases made by individuals or legal entities resident in non-EU countries will not be exempt from VAT unless they send us the appropriate certificate. Orders destined for the Canary Island and non-EU countries are subject to various customs and taxes. The payment of these, will correspond to the client.

Returns of Goods
Returns of goods only will be accepted within 14 days of receipt and which have been authorized by the company Association o f Manufacturers and Distributors of Sporting Goods (AFYDAD).
The goods must be in perfect condition, including seals and packaging. It is important to pack the products well so that they are not damaged and to include all the components and the original box/packaging of the product. Remind you that, if tech goods do not arrive in good condition, the amount to be returned or the return of the damaged product will be assessed. You must include the delivery note and tick the refund or voucher box.
To return the goods you have the following options:

Send us the goods by the means you prefer to the following address, INDICATING THE ORDER NUMBER: AFYDAD - Ronda Maiols, 1 - Office 116 08192 - Sant Quirze del Vallès. The amount will be charged to you and we are not responsible for any incidents that may occur in the shipment.

Bring the goods to our physical stores in Barcelona.
As soon as it is received in our wearhouse or in our physical store and it is verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the corresponding refund. The refund will be made by the same method that the payment was made (card, Paypal etc.) When we receive the goods, we will contact you by email to inform you that we have successfully received your return.
In case of special promotions, if the customer wants to return an item in which a gift was included, the customer must return the gift together with the item.
Defective products
The process for a claim of defective products is

2.Indicate the defect of the product.

3.Indicate the number and date of the order (essential requirement).

4.Name and contact telephone number.
In the event that SPAIN IS SPORT deems it appropriate, the product will be picked up at your home at no additional cost. In this case SPAIN IS SPORT will contact the customer to tell them how to proceed. In the case of return of defective material due to a manufacturing fault SPAIN IS SPORT will replace the material with a new one or another of the same category. Under no circumstances will the amount paid by the customer be refunded, but a credit note valid for purchases will be issued.
In the case of return of defective material due to a defect in use SPAIN IS SPORT will inform the customer of the reason for not proceeding with the claim, in writing and sending back the defective product at the customer’s expense (in the event that the collection has been made). If he/she does not accept the payment of the shipment, the product will not be sent again.
International Shipping Conditions:
Our shipments are delivered within the usual estimated delivery times. Please note that the delivery of your order may be slightly delayed as it is affected by the high flow of shipment during sales or special promotions.

The customer is responsible for any possible custom costs or local taxes.

VAT will not be refunded on international sales.

Our orders cannot be delivered to a post office box or military base.

The usual delivery time of your order may be affected during special periods, Christmas sales or special promotions, due to the high volume shipments.

For international orders of more than one item the shipping price may be affected between 5 and 10 euros more for each extra package.
